Got questions? We’ve got answers. At Anderson Mini Warehouse & Boat Storage, we understand the importance of keeping our clients informed. We have compiled a list of answers to previously asked questions in order to enhance your experience with us. If you can’t find the answer you were looking for, please get in touch and we will be happy to provide you with any missing information.

What are my payment options?

We accept cash, check, and most major credit cards.  Upon request we can set up monthly auto pay from your credit card so you will never have to worry about missing a payment.

What is the minimum lease period?

All leases are month to month.  However, we will gladly accept payments for several months or even a whole year in advance.

Do I need my own lock?

We provide a free safety lock with all rentals.

What are the gate hours to access my unit?

Standard gate access is available from 7am until 10pm.  Upon request we can set up your gate code to work for extended hours.

Do you have security cameras?

Yes, we have extensive security camera coverage of the facility, and the video footage is recorded and saved.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes.  We offer discounts for students and active military.

Can I store my vehicle in your facility?

Yes, we have outside parking available for boats, cars, and trailers.  You can also rent a 10x20 storage unit for cars or a boat storage unit to store larger trailers and boats.

Do you have climate controlled units?

Not at this time, but we have plans to offer them in the future.
